Deepen Your Practice
Feel more confident and connected in your yoga practice. This workshop is for those who are ready to go deeper in their bodies, breath, and practice whether its at a studio or at home. We'll move through an extended class, discuss what yoga's all about, explore some advanced poses, share tools on how to maintain focus and clarity, and clear confusion about meditation. Bring a journal, pen, and questions about yoga in your body and life.
This workshop will be offered once a month, come to one or all - so much to learn.
I'm teaming up with Ed Blunderfield to host an evening of meditation, writing and dialogue. The vision is for you to learn tools and strategies to manage holiday stress and anxiety. And you might get something sweet from the cafe.
This is for anyone ready to make lasting changes in their lives. These 6 weeks are geared towards gaining awareness of ourselves, supporting our bodies, clearing our minds, making space in our lives and nourishing ourselves on all levels. Expect to come out of this course refreshed and clear.

Feed Your Self Series - 4 Weeks
Feeling good about ourselves means knowing and connecting to who we are. It goes beyond eating the right foods and moving our bodies.
It means respecting who we are, truly caring about our selves and making space for our deeper cravings.
In these 75min yoga classes, we will journey through a four part wheel - looking at how we care for our bodies, how we treat our emotions, how our thoughts nourish us, and our alignment with our own soul.
These four stages are designed to inspire clarity, integrity, self love and wisdom.
And you'll be getting some adult homework.
