The Benefits of Juicing

My old juicer recently kicked the can.

 

Granted, I found used on Craigslist and negotiated $20 for it. I couldn't deny it was only a matter of time before the inevitable would happen.

 

Meanwhile for years I have been eyeing the Champion Juicer. When it comes to juicing it really is the champion. 

 

And so, after mourning the loss, one morning I went back to Craigslist for a good deal, by the evening the Champion was sitting on my kitchen counter. Together we were ready to take on the world.

 

WHY JUICE?

  • Juicing helps absorb all the nutrients - many of us have impaired digestion, this helps all the nutrients to skip most of the complicated digestive steps and gets easily absorbed

  • You can consume an optimal amount of vegetables/fruit efficiently - I admit, its hard to get a good amount of vegetables into our diets - this is a fast, delicious and nutritious way to ensure an adequate number of nutrients get in our bellies!

  • You can add a wider variety of vegetables to your diet - Many of us eat the same vegetables over and over. This is a great way to get nutrients from many varieties. You can make it bright with beets and carrots, or green with leafies, or brown by combining it all.
