Ok - one last Champion Juicer post and Ill move on...maybe. Its honestly just the best thing in the world right now.
This juicer has the ability to make ice cream. Amazing ice cream. With no dairy, sugar, or other such ingredients - actually it only has 1 ingredient! AND its so easy to make I can hardly believe I went this long without it.
Here is what you do.
The texture and coldness make a perfect combo for this sunny day treat. I also recently discovered that you can also do this with your food processer - just put the frozen bananas in the processor for 5 min. Voila!
AND if you want to take it to the next level - put bananas, carob powder, some maple syrup, maybe vanilla in a blender with some rice milk. Then freeze them in ice cube trays and you've got yourself some damn good dessert.
Well, why not take it one step further?
Here is a recipe for a raw chocolate sauce - a perfect topper to make this ice cream delicious thing turn into something to worship.
1 T tahini
1 T cacao powder
1 T carob powder (optional)
1 T agave syrup (or honey or maple syrup)
splash water to thin sauce
Now all we need is some sunshine!
