Green Sh*t Smoothie

This is going to be quick. I made smoothies for bfast this AM for Sam and I.

While I was making them Sam asked - 'can I have mine without the green shit?' 


Too late.


What you need (for 2 servings)

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 avo

  • 2 handfuls green shit (spinach, kale, chard, whatever you got)

  • 1/2 mango

  • 1 grated apple

  • Milk alternative (2-3 cups)

Blend the crap out of it. It will turn into something miraculous and green.
