Crumbly Granola Recipe

I think you guys should make this. Like today. Or tomorrow. But no later than that.

For me, what took the longest in the process of making these was just thinking about making them. That took me like 2 - 4 days give or take. The actual time it took to make them felt like one tenth of a millisecond in comparison. Especially with my shiny new food processor that I have officially fallen in love with

So don't make the same mistake I did by thinking "Ya, I should make those sometime" and add them to the lonely 'Someday I Will' list. Almost everything takes less time to make than you think. Instead say, "I'm making these today! YAY!"

Crumbly Granola Bar Recipe

  • 1 cup walnuts or almonds

  • 1/3 cup flax seeds

  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 2 cups of soft dates

  • a handful of raisins

As you can see, I was clearly craving chocolate the previous time

I made this so feel free to add some chocolate chips. It won't let you down.

I like to put a little amount of each of the ingredients on the side and add them in the end. It gives them a little crunch and pretty look. But put everything else in your food processor and mix away. If its a little dry you can add some water or coconut oil. Mix in the ingredients you had put to the side and pat it all down in a glass tray. Fridge it for an hour or so and then eat!
