a weekend of nourishing ourselves

through food, body and soul

this weekend is for those who are looking to unplug from daily routines and obligations and settle into a calmer, more connected version of themselves.


during our time together we enter a world of nature, ocean views  journaling, delicious food, fireside chats, yoga, meditation, and a unique way of navigating ourselves and our lives.

everything that is offered is optional and there is plenty of free time to spend as you desire.

i keep waiting for a one-shot healing tool. this weekend i experienced what it was like to feel present, truly in the moment. the space allowed me to wind down and not stress about anything. i realized this is it. this IS healing. healing is a process and i truly experienced it this weekend. JD

what we'll do

in this weekend together, we journey through the four directions:


EAST (body + clarity)

we start in the east where we focus on connecting to our body, letting go, breathing, and setting intentions.


SOUTH (mind + personal power)

in the south we acknowledge our fears, patterns and challenges and feel for our deeper power for guidance and direction. 

WEST (emotions + self love)

the west brings us to the heart of it all. we move through the emotional realm by opening and receiving all the messages from our body.

NORTH (spirit + wisdom)

we get quiet and explore intuition. we listen for its way of speaking to us and realize its essential part of our healing and growth.

my body has been waiting for me to realize that none of that works. that it's not about measuring, restricting, obsessing, exercising, trying harder, controlling. It's simply about listening. listening to what I'm feeling.

    • sun am - north (spirit + wisdom)

  • yoga classes of various styles (flow, power and restorative)

  • optional homework/exercises between classes

  • 4 guided meditations

  • accommodation for 2 nights

  • wholesome, local and organic meals + snacks from fri pm - sun am (2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner)

  • a mindful eating exercise/teaching for each meal

  • access to beach and nature

the ability to share in a group setting is something that is very uncomfortable for me, however, the set up, the space, the group of women who attend, all made it possible to feel safe and supported in ways i could not have expected.

ocean beach retreat is located just outside of gibsons, bc on the sunshine coast. the cost for ferry and transportation to/from ferry terminals is not included.

room 1 -  queen bed with shared bath

              (sleeps 2)

              $875 per person


room 2 -  queen bed with full bath, balcony and ocean view

              (sleeps 2) 

              $975 per person

room 3 -   two sets of bunk beds + shared bath

               (sleeps up to 4)

               $775 per person

room 4 - 1 double bed + 2 twin beds + powder room

              (sleeps up to 3)

              $815 per person
