a weekend of nourishing ourselves

just as our bodies require nourishment through food, we are also asked us to nurture our relationship to our body, mind, emotions and soul.

during our time together we step away from our daily lives and enter a world of nature,  delicious food, breathing, fireside chats, yoga, meditation and journaling.

we will create space for our intuition and inner guidance. we will listen for the ways our body communicates and speaks to us so we can live in alignment inside and out. 


my intention for the weekend is to fill ourselves up on connection, stillness, empowerment, rest, movement, and laughter.

everything that is offered is optional and there is plenty of free time to spend as you desire.

this weekend i experienced what it was like to feel present, truly in the moment. the space allowed me to wind down and not stress about anything. i realized this IS healing. healing is a process and i truly experienced it this weekend. JD

what we'll do

in this weekend together, we journey through the four directions:

BODY (clarity + intentions)

we start with our body where we focus on connecting to the present, letting go, breathing, and setting intentions.





MIND (strength + personal power)

we acknowledge our fears,

patterns, challenges

and feel for our deeper power for guidance and direction. 





HEART (emotions + self love)

we get to heart of it all. we

move through the emotional

realm by opening and receiving

the messages from our body.





SOUL (spirit + wisdom)

we get quiet and explore intuition. we listen for its way of speaking to us and realize its essential part of our healing and growth.



3pm arrival

4-6pm welcome circle + yoga class

(hatha yoga, meditation + journaling)

6:30pm dinner


morning snacks, coffee + tea

7:30-9am yoga class

focus: MIND

10am brunch

afternoon options: fire circle + guided cold plunge

4-6pm yoga

this experience left me feeling 100% supported and far more open than i could have imagined.

w h a t ' s  i n c l u d e d

all weekend programming, accommodation in beautiful private property, all meals prepared by private chef are included: 

a weekend at ancient cedars lodge

accommodation for 2 nights

wholesome, healthy, local and organic meals + snacks

four guided yoga sessions in a yurt - 'the nest' 

yoga (flow, hatha, restorative)meditation, 

breathing practices and journal prompts

optional homework practices between classes

a mindful eating exercise/teaching for each meal

free time to access and integrate in nature, hot tub, yurt

the ability to share in a group setting is something that is very uncomfortable for me, however, the set up, the space, the group of women who attend, all made it possible to feel safe and supported in ways i could not have expected.

ancient cedars lodge is located just 5 minutes outside of pemberton and 30 minutes outside of whistler.

below are the cost per room for the weekend.

*all rates are based on double occupancy.

i ask for your presence at all meals and classes

the fine print:

$350 deposit due on registration

(deposits are non-refundable)

final amount due by february 15th 2024.

cancellation policy :

for cancellation before february 15th you will receive balance of payment minus the $350 deposit. for cancellation after february 15th, you will not receive a refund.
